WebEvery time a new version of qBittorrent comes out I test it, confirm that the dht issue is still an issue, and go back to uTorrent. I've tried on multiple computers and even multiple internet connections. Same issue all over. If there was a way to fix it, I'd gladly move to qBittorrent as main.
